Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the site and it's content, once a reading or report has been produced and given out we do not accept returns.
As the product content is entirely digital and work will have been undertaken previous to it going out, we cannot make refunds if you are simply not happy with it's content.
If an error in birth data has been made on our part, then please ask us to reproduce the document, having checked you have supplied the correct information. Your failure to provide the correct birth data is not sufficient grounds for a refund if the report/reading has already been supplied.
If you have not received the report or reading that you have paid for, or it cannot be supplied at all, then in the first instance please contact Welcome Planets to see if this can be rectified. If the report or reading cannot be supplied at all, then a refund will be made.
All payments due must be made in advance of the report /reading going out.
Further and in light of the above, we are fair and flexible, and where we can ensure the client's welfare or happiness we will always look to comply.
